History
E-materials and Devices Factory Analog JSC was established in 1994 year in Stavropol city on the South of Russia on the basis of State Defence Enterprise of the same name, with more than 20 years history of production of advanced technology materials and devices for microelectronics.
During the Soviet time the Factory Analog was one of the main producers of silicon wafers for integrated circuits in the USSR.
The area of industrial and auxiliary facilities - 23400 m2
Ground area - 9 ha.
