History
The company was founded in 1994 in Zelenograd on the basis of one of the former scientific and production subdivisions of “Elma” holding, which belonged to the USSR Ministry of electronic industry.
In April, 2005 the JSC “Elma-Malahit” joined the
JSC “Concern Energomera”.

The JSC “Elma-Malahit” specializes in production of AIII-BV materials for electronic and optoelectronic industry. “Elma-Malahit” production line includes the following stages: crystal growth, processing (cutting, grinding, polishing), epitaxy.

Wide science research experience in the field of AIII-BV group materials together with traditional production technologies helped the company to pave the way for world market. 85% of its products are exported to the USA and Asian countries. The company got ISO certificate in March 2004.
