Industrial tests of tele-powered complex models put into operation in March 2007 were successfully accomplished in the Western branch of KazTransOil, JSC.
The complexes consist of two V-OPE-M3 “Energomera” rectifiers for cathode protection with the power of 3 kW. PK-300 module controllers and USW-channel communication modems produced by SPE Sfera-MK, LLC (the city of Krasnodar) are built into the rectifiers.
Data exchange between CPS (cathode protection stations) and AWS-ECP (automated work station-electrochemical protection) is carried out at the control centre according to the protocol of the “SKAT” telemechanic system installed by Sfera-MK.
