A.A. Nikonov Institute for Agricultural Problems and Informatics of Russian Agricultural Academy together with Research and Information Centre of the agroindustrial complex published a rating of “100 biggest and most effective Russian grain manufacturers” for 2004-2006. Concern’s subsidiary “Pobeda” LLC moved from the 12th to the 6th position.
Company’s index increased by 9 points in the rating of “100 biggest and most effective Russian sunflower manufacturers” for 2004-2006, as it moved from the 15th to the 6th place.
In the rating of the biggest and most effective agricultural companies for 2004-2006 (“Club “Agro-300”) “Pobeda” advanced by 27 points and took the 102nd place. General economic rating (“Club “Agro-300”) is determined on the basis of two indicators: sales proceeds and sales profit.
According to the results of 2007 “Pobeda” produced 106 256 tones of winter wheat, 12 120 tones of sunflower and 2 000 tones of rape. Product sales comprised 748.1 million rubles, 547.7 million rubles of which came from wheat sales. Profit reached 329.7 million rubles, i.e. more than 2 times higher than last year level (122.4 million rubles). Investments in agricultural industry comprised 72 255 000 rubles.
High product pricing, high consumer demand, enlargement of production facilities and large-scale investments let us achieve high rates of production, S.I. Kuptsov, President of “Pobeda” LLC said. We have set a new aim – get 115-118 tones of grain and 15-16 tones of sunflower.
