First Russian Congress called “Russian Gazelles” was hold on November, 21 in Moscow. The congress was dedicated to evaluation of Russian business most dynamically developing companies. Concern “Energomera” participated in this project organized by one of the largest and most powerful mass media in Russia – Media Holding Expert together with the Financial Academy under The Government of Russian Federation, winning the nomination “For most clear and dynamically business growth” was named the most clear and fast-growing Russian enterprise.
The aim of the “Russian Gazelles” project was the detection in Russian medium companies capable to show the highest growth rates during the longest period of time. Such companies constitute strong economy base today. They are called “gazelles” in international terminology by analogy with the animal which is able to run fast and for a long time. Exactly growth dynamics (not less than 30% per year) and its duration (ratios during last 4 years) were the main criteria of winners’ choice among more than 600 Russian enterprises.
Concern “Energomera” which was among five best enterprises and received high estimate of doing business transparency has confirmed once again its status of the most open fast-growing company. Tendency to leadership is our long-term strategy, and ratios of dynamics of development for a long time provide with longevity and success of its realization.
