The specifications of the modules correspond to the technical conditions of the applied submachines:
|
|
|
|
|
|
| |
- CP modules MKZ-M12 have climatic modification U2.
- The modules MKZ-M12…-U2 have modifications without electricity meter.
- The modules MKZ-M12-SE…-U2 have modifications with electricity meter.
- Level of protection against contact with current-carrying parts and against environmental attacks: for the modules - IP01, and for the built-in electronic component - IP44 (according to GOST 14254-96 (Sealing protection level (IP)).
-
The modules can be linked up to different telemechanic systems for remote control of:
- values of measured potentials difference, output current, output voltage;
- occurrence\absence of supply mains voltage;
- accumulative metering of input electric energy (only for MKZ-M12-SE);
- protection potential remote setting;
- protection current remote setting;
- output voltage remote setting;
- converter remote restarting;
- converter remote switching-out\switching-on;
- remote control of the switched on converter.
- The modules are adapted to the following telemechanic systems: «UNK-TM», «Magistral-2», «STN-3000», «SupeRTU-4», «SKAT», «ELSI-2000», «ELSI-T», «TELUR».
- The modules provide uninterrupted work without routine maintenance and repairs for no less than 6 months.
- The modules provide the option of operation from one or two feeds of supply mains.

|
|
|
|
|
| |
- Possibility of energy supply from two different supply main feeders: the main and back-up (energy supply class – 1, according to Electrical Safety Rules).
- High accuracy of protection potential maintenance - up to ±0,5% and protection current maintenance - up to ±1% (in automatic operating mode).
- Set electric parameters at supply mains voltage variation from 176V to 242V and operability at supply mains voltage variation from 160V up to 250V.
- Automatic switching-out of the main converter (at main feeder supply voltage failure) and switching-on of the back-up converter.
- Automatic switching-out of the main converter (at output voltage absence in main converter output) and switching-on of the back-up converter.
- Automatic switching-out of the main converter (at main feeder supply voltage occurrence) and switching-out of the back-up converter.
- Automatic switching-out of the back-up converter (if back-up feeder supply voltage value overruns the set limits).
- Automatic switching-on of the back-up converter (at back-up feeder supply voltage occurrence).
- Compliance with the GOST 9.602-89 "Underground installations. General requirements to anti-corrosion protection".
- Automatic return to a present mode when energized after power supply failures.
- Steady operation during load-off and load-on.
- Effective lightning surge protection of load and supply voltage inlets.
- Possibility of nominal rated voltage step increasing up to 2Unom at peak output current 0,5Inom.
- Control of output voltage, protection current and protection potential by the built-in measuring devices.
- Electrical and fire safety due to the usage of a circuit breaker at the CP module's input, which automatically disconnects the converter from the supply mains in case of its breakage;
- Low level of radio noise conforming to the requirements of GOST R 51522-99 (IEC 61326-1-97).
- Availability of time counter for tracking of module energization and manual-on position time.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| |
The modules can operate in one of three modes:
- automatic maintenance of measured potential difference at the preset level, within the limits from -0,5V up to -3,5V;
- automatic stabilization and maintenance of protection current at the preset level;
- manual setting of output voltage.
