- Electric energy metering under four tariffs in accordance with rate schedules and seasonal programs (number of seasonal programs - up to 12, number of exceptional dates - up to 32, number of rate zones - up to 12, number of rate schedules - up to 36).
- The meter provides metering of:
- active and reactive energy import/export with progressive total under four tariffs and per tariff;
- active and reactive energy import/export in the general register, if rate schedules are absent or improperly set by the customer;
- active and reactive energy import/export with progressive total for each month. Storage period - 24 months;
- active and reactive energy import/export with progressive total for each day. Storage period - 45 days;
- monthly power maximum values under four tariffs (and in the general register). Storage period - 24 months;
- averaged in a set time interval active and reactive power graphs in each direction of energy metering (for 30 min averaging interval storage period is 128 days);
- power waste in current circuits with progressive total for each direction of metering, taking into account transformation ratio.
- The meter provides measurement and indication of:
- active, reactive and apparent power per phase and in total;
- phase voltage RMS values in voltage circuits per phase;
- current RMS values in current circuits per phase;
- phase-angles between basic phase voltage and current harmonics;
- phase-angles between basic phase voltage harmonics;
- active and reactive power factors per phase (with nonspecified accuracy);

- up to 32 exceptional days (days when tariffication is different and is set by the customer);

- The meter provides manual clock rate adjustment - up to ±30 sec.

- Keeping customer settings within no less than 16 years, and clock operation and calendaring within no less than 10 years in case of external supply voltage absence.

- The meter has a test output unit – the main transmitting unit for each energy direction (the configuration of these outputs is programmed).
- The meter examines measuring device, clock, program memory, data, current source and indicates information on errors and failures in meter units operation on LCD and via interface.
- Data exchange with external data processing devices is realized via optical port and EIA485 or EIA232 interfaces.li>
- Data exchange via optical port and interface complies with GOST R IEC 61107-2001.
- Simultaneous data exchange via optical port and one of the interfaces is impossible.
- In case of external supply voltage absence and applied back-up supply voltage the meter operates in the indication mode and provides data exchange with external data processing and transmitting devices via optical port and one of the interfaces EIA485, EIA232, IRPS.

Energy, accumulated at a nonprogrammed tariffication mode or in case of failures in meter operation, is registered separately.
Transmission and collection unit USP6800 for readout and multirate meter programming is supplied under a separate contract for one or a group of electricity meters.
